Can also be done in PSP 8 and 9.

 

      Materials needed: Filter Factory C
                                           VM Toolbox
                                           Material here

 

 1. Set your foreground color to: #d1b774, your background color to: #fef6e0 or pick your own colors

 2. Set your foreground on gradient: Angle 45 - Repeats 0 - Linear, set your background to a gold pattern,  angle 0 - Size 200

 3. Open a new image 500 - 350, fill it with your Gradient,Add a new raster layer, fill it with your gold, Plug Ins: VM Toolbox - Motion Trial:

 4. Lower the opacity on this layer to 27

 5. Effects - Texture - Mozaik Glass:

 6. Open your tube MD-275, copy and paste it as a new layer on to your tag, now your tube is in the middle, activate your selection tool ( K) and stretch your tube against the edges of your tag, reduce the opacity of this layer to 15

 7. Open your tube MD-284 copy and paste it as new layer on to your tag, place it down to the right and reduce the opacity of this layer to 70

 8. Open your Love text tube, copy and paste it as new layer on to your tag, place it down to the left

 9. Effects - texture - blinds: Width 3 - Opacity 40 - color: the light one - both boxes checked

10. Close your background color, and set your foreground to the gold pattern, go to your Preset Shape Tool and activate the heart, with these settings:

11. Pull a small heart onto your tag, Adjust - sharpness, sharpen once, effects 3D drop shadow: Vertical 1 - Horizontal 1 - Opacity 30 - Blur 1 - color: black

12. Duplicate this layer and place your hearts to your liking

13. Merge all

14. Image - Add a 1 pixel border in black, Then add a 12 pixel border with your dark color, select this edge with your magic wand

15. Plug Ins: Factory C - Bubble Cross Waves, the standard setting

16. Keep selected and apply the same effect again to a total of four times

17. Deselect, ad your name and water mark and resize to your liking.
